The Cryptlord
Some ideas of what the cryptlord could look like:

Maybe you could also give them a cape, and then they people can choose if they want the guild emblem to appear on it.

Crypt Magic: Primary Attribute, Allied summons deal 1 damage for each attribute that is on Crypt Magic. *No runes for Crypt Magic*
Sacrafise: All of your summons die and deal (45...60) damage to each foe around them and you gain (180...200) health.
Vengeance: All of your summons are demanded to work harder. They now have a 50% chance to do double damage and a 50% chance to do no damage.
Rampage: All of your summons attack twice as fast but recieve double damage.

Summoning Magic: Allows your character to summon various monster types to attack enemies.
-Dreadlord: An undead like creature that has a (5...20%) chance to force enemies to bleed for (8...12) seconds with its sharp fangs. Only 1 Dreadlord can be created.

-Hydralisk: Another undead creature that has the ability to spit out acids that have a (5...20%) chance to force enemies to become poisoned for (10...15) seconds.
Health: 150
-Necrotaur: A fierce dog-like creature made of a thin layer of skin, shaped in a mummy-like form that bites all foes having a (5...20%) chance to force enemies to suffer from a disease for (10...16) seconds.
Health: 185
-Elite Skill: The Wraith: A fast moving creature that has the ability to cloak for (8...12) seconds and this affect wares off for (10...6) seconds.
Health: 120

Magic of Might: Allows skills to deal deadly damage to enemies.
-DeathStrike: Skill. Deal (20...46) damage to target foe.

-Signet of the Mists: Signet. Create a large mist that deals (24...37) damage to target foe and all adjactant foes.
Energy: 0 Cast Time: 5 Recharge: 8
-The Bretheren: Spell. A large haze is released from your hero and deals (10...20) damage per second to all foes adjactant to your hero (Forces foes to scatter).
Energy: 15 Cast Time: 3 Recharge: 7
-Haunt: Skill. A giant ghost comes up and deals (45...80 damage) to target foe.
Energy: 15 Cast Time: 6 Recharge: 15
-Blood Removal: Spell. Non-casted damage now causes foes to recieve (10..11) extra damage if they are bleeding, from normal attacks by your hero for (12...16) seconds.
Energy: 15 Cast Time: 1 Recharge: 60

Fate Magic: Improves spells/skills under this attribute's capabilities. Often times used to cause damage in the future. These traps are placed wherever you are standing.
-Trap of Darkness: Skill. Create a giant trap that doesn't effect any foes for (10..7) seconds and deals (42...60) damage to all foes in its range when it triggers.
Energy: 10 Cast Time: 5 Recharge: 10
-Bolt of Evil: Skill. A giant bolt comes down and targets all adjactant foes for (50..68) damage when it hits. It takes (12...9) seconds for this skill to strike.
Energy: 15 Cast Time: 6 Recharge: 5
-Mimic: Spell. Once casted, in the next (8..12) seconds all of the damage your hero has recieved is added up and strikes foes who have attacked you for the same amount of damage they struck you with.
Energy: 15 Cast Time: 1 Recharge: 30
